Bridging the Gap SEND Services is led by experienced school leaders and qualified SENCo's with a deep understanding of the challenges children with additional needs can face alongside the challenges currently facing schools. We provide timely, practical and cost-effective SEND services that help children, families and schools move forward with clarity and confidence.

We support families with clear SEND insight, practical guidance, and reassurance, helping parents feel informed, confident, and empowered to support their child at home, navigate the EHCP process and work in partnership with school.
We work collaboratively with schools to provide timely SEND screening, clear evidence, SENCo mentoring, and supportive SEN audits, helping to strengthen inclusive practice and inform next steps for children with additional needs.
